The Ambassador, March 2022 Issue 18

Hearts are hurting around the world for Ukraine and the innocent people being killed. GGAF has sent in-kind donations to help those displaced and have nothing. Chrissy Sykes has coordinated this with her community, and we are truly thankful to her for asking us to be part of this. We all pray for peace! We are taking donations to help get more needed supplies to the displaced families and food to those starving in the Ukraine. Please send your support to: https://www.globalgoodwillambassadors.org/donate

How to Discuss the Subject of War With Children War is not an easy subject to discuss with children, but it is necessary to help them understand what is happening around them. Chrissy Sykes has written a excellent article on this subject to help parents.

March Impact by Global Goodwill Ambassadors Foundation: GGAF Funded the Children’s Power Project 001 The Global Goodwill Ambassadors Foundations funded EYES-SL (Sierra Leone) to implement the Children’s Power Project 001 with a computer laptop and hard-drive, to help present the My Body is My Body Program. GGAF also supported a young orphan, Moijoe, with clothes, shoes, and other items needed. This support brings a new beginning and a new hope for EYES- SL and Moijoe the 3-year-old poor orphan. "Kindness is the language the deaf can hear, and the blind can see. "

We also sent aid to Lebanon with Ambassador Said Bilani to give food to those who needed help. Lebanon is still hurting after the major explosion and due to its economy, people are going hungry and need your help.

Thanks to our wonderful donors, we are continuing to send support to the 30 young orphans at Save the Young Girls Foundation. International Women's Day - March 8th was a celebration of women and men who support them. This year's theme "Gender quality today for a sustainable tomorrow," recognizes the contribution of women and girls around the world, who are leading the charge on climate change adaptation, mitigation, and response, building a more sustainable future for all. Dr. Bindu Babu, GGAF's VP of Women's Empowerment & Equality, spearheaded the initiative for GGAF by recognizing powerful women who are doing wonderful work.
